Development Team

The Experience Station was designed and developed by Maria Mortati, an Experience Designer based in San Francisco who has spent the past 25 years creating interactive projects for healthcare institutions and museums. Maria put together a team of technologists, fabricators, and interaction designers to bring the 1st generation Memory Care Experience Station to life. Maria has a master’s in design from Stanford, and has developed experiential projects in the US and the UK.

Scott Minneman, Ph.D, is the technical architect. He is an award-winning and visionary user experience designer, mechatronics engineer, and inventor. His work covers domains such as emerging communication technologies, and ground-breaking forms of public interaction. Scott holds advanced degrees from MIT and Stanford, and over a dozen US patents. Some of his early work is used in all modern cellphones today.
